ITIN Application appointment
Use the below form to book an appointment for the ITIN application only.
Service Cost:
ITIN Application and certification process costs are mentioned here. All applications are forwarded to IRS using the standard Canada Post mail service. If you need a trackable service, a FedEx charge of CA$73.00 (or actual) is invoiced to you. This cost excludes any income tax return preparation for the U.S. You may have been given special pricing if you are an existing client or we are performing some additional services for you.
CAA appointments are prepaid. If you receive an appointment confirmation, an invoice will be sent to you as well and that must be paid before the scheduled appointment. The Certifying Acceptance Agent reserves the right to refuse the processing of your documents if there is a reason to believe that the purpose of ITIN is different than the federal income tax. There will be no refunds as the services are time-based.

Due to the higher volume of inquiries and misinformation about the ITIN issuance, we may not give you an appointment if the purpose of ITIN is other than federal income tax. For example, if you are opening an Amazon online store, do not request an appointment as that’s not a valid reason to apply for ITIN. You can refer back to Form W7 instructions on the IRS website or the CAA services page for FAQs.
1040NR is required unless an exception applies. If you do not have a 1040NR or an exception is applicable to you, please do not request an appointment.
